Get Restful Sleep
Some people tend to stay up all night working, so that they feel exhausted whole next day in a vicious cycle of lack of sleep. They key to being productive and active in your life is to get restful sleep. For this, turn off the television more than an hour before bedtime, do some light reading or take a warm bath to relax. Dim the lights and prepare your mind and body for sleep.
Wake up Early
When you learn how to sleep on time and get a restful sleep, it will become easier for you to wake up early in the morning. The early morning hours are some of the most peaceful hours in the day. You should also spend time in nature, such as watching a sunset or sitting out on your porch. This can do wonders for your mindset and energy.
