But, when stress is added slowly and gradually overtime, we often don't recognize it for what it is, or make the necessary adjustments to ensure we are in the right situation.
In this video, Jennifer shares an example of recognizing our stress, and how it sometimes can sneak up on us, without us recognizing it. She recommends two steps to evaluate your current environment, to see if stress might be an issue for you.
