Do you ever just realize that your body is tense for no reason?  Me too!

Being mindful and aware of your body's response in any moment can help you recognize and release unnecessary stress and tension in your body.  Simple tricks like breathing deeply and properly, or other techniques to relate the tension can help you enjoy your day and stay calm.

In this video, I share some of the body signals I have that remind me to recognize and release unnecessary tension.
